short for Loreal, owner of Lo and Behold Beauty! I am a 7x certified permanent cosmetics artist working in Chico, CA for 6 years. I specialize in natural cosmetic tattooing that focuses on flattering results customized to compliment your unique face. I have been artistically talented since I was young and am pleased to be able to implement those skills in a career that I love and helping individuals feel confident in their own skin.
