short for Loreal, owner of Lo and Behold Beauty! I am a 7x certified permanent cosmetics artist working in Chico, CA. I specialize in eyebrow cosmetic tattooing while focusing on achieving flattering, natural results. I also offer lip blushing, a service that brings back color, definition, and a youthful appearance to your lips. I have been artistically talented since I was young and am pleased to be able to implement those skills in a career that I love!
